Appointment
To schedule an appointment with Dr. Verhelle, please contact our main office at (828) 345-0500. We will coordinate with your dentist to get the necessary referral information to schedule your appointment more efficiently.
At the time of your appointment, please bring any applicable referral slips and X-ray images that were given to you by your referring dentist and a list of medications you are currently taking, including any antibiotics that were prescribed at the time of your referral.
Please alert our office if you have any medical conditions (i.e. diabetes, artificial valves/joints, high blood pressure) and/or are currently taking or have taken any medications that may effect your dental treatment (i.e. blood thinners, bisphosphonates, heart medications). Please take any premedication that you require prior to dental appointments. Consult with your physician's office if you have any questions regarding premedication instructions.
Important: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 years.
New patients to our office will fill out necessary paperwork at the time of their appointment. If you are a patient of record with our office, you may be asked to update your patient forms. Thank you and please contact our office if you have any questions at all.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and debit and most major credit cards. We also work with CareCredit for financing needs as well as HSA accounts. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Please contact us for an additional financial questions.
Dental Insurance
We do not accept dental insurance or any other third party forms of payment. Patients with dental insurance may bring that information at the time of their appointment and our office will assist in the generation of a completed insurance claim for the provided treatment that patients can submit to their insurance carrier for direct reimbursement to the policy holder.
